I completely agree with "boxer" on this one, except for the Cotto pick. He should fight Sugar Shane, then hatton and then a rematch with Zab who's going to blow Cotto out of the water.

thats the point. as long as PBF keeps winning people will always say he hasn't fought anybody.

if he beat cotto the hater will say cotto was overrated and untested
if he beats shane the haters will say shane was old and past his prime
if he beats hatton the haters will say hatton was overrated for beating an old kostya
if he beats margarito the haters will say he was overrated(this i agree with)

after PBF beats those guys the haters say he's ducking somebody else.

I still say he's ducking Butterbean. How can you claim to be the best when you haven't beaten Butterbean?

If he fights an beats the winner of the ww tournament he will have beat a tested fighter in their prime. Which he would do.

I disagree, I think people just either want

    A) Clarification that he is a true great
    B) Want to see him fight because they like him
    C) Want to see him get KTFO

A lot of Floyd lovers seem to act like there are no boxers out there worthy enough to fight him.....

no there are plenty of fighters for him to fight. the point is as long as he wins it doesn't matter who he fights because the hater will complain. ya'll wanna see him lose. untill he loses ya'll will say he hasn't fought anybody.

I'd like to go with choice "C". Fighters from the dawn of boxing all the way through the 50's would crap a brick if they saw this guy in an interview. He's a prick. EVERYONE has their vices. Nobody is perfect. Atheletes of the past had enough decency and honor to be respectful. I think of fighters like Dempsey and Marciano and then I look at Floyd.....sigh. Floyd the embodyment of everything that's wrong with sports today. You all wonder why people hate Floyd and claim it's jealousy of his skills. For some of us, it's not. We cheer for the fighters that embody some or many virtues. Flody has none. Just my opinion though. Long story short, I'm going with "C".

i want to see him unify 147 to shut all the haters up.

if he beats the winners of tony williams and cotto judah then who's left hatton ok and beats him then if that don't shut them up what will?

even if he fights SSM and fights these guys will the haters keep quiet?

quick answer no because they will still say someone is good enough to beat him and heis ducking them. lol next they will be saying maussa is a worthy opponent for him crying out loud.

problem with pbf is he is pricing himself too much for the fans eyes. if you do that, then you got a lot to prove. If he is calling himself the greatest ever, then he needs to fight all fighters that threatens his greatness. He cannot say i don't want to fight hatton, cotto, mosely and the likes because they aren't worthy of fighting me or presumed they are no match for you. PBF whould be aware that fans has the ultimate authority of who and who's not worthy to fight you. if pbf lets the fans decide whom he'll fight next then he gets more respect from that. it eliminates doubters one by one and by showing you aren't choosy and willing to fight everyone. You raise the bar of respect even higher. so what should mayweather do after he got that very big paycheck from ODLH fight?.. He should try to win and follow the fan's heart..
