Default I Think DLH's Made More Than Double Everyone Else From Just His Losses Alone

    Mayweather - $30 million
    Hopkins - $20 million
    Mosley I - $17 million
    Mosley II -$20 million
    Trinidad - $20 million

That's a grand total of $107 million for being a loser. I can't think of too many current fighters who've amassed half that amount in their entire careers.

I think guys like Oscar and Ray Leonard are so appealing to the general fans, that the fans want to see them broken down and knocked out. They are probably paying more just to see them humbled.

    CC #105 bro!

kinda reminds me like when Kevin Costner or John Travotta get paid 20million dollars per movie and the movie turns out to really suck assssss both critically and box office wise

In all fairness to Oscar, i think a lot of other guys would get paid more if they took on the calibre of opponent that Oscar has. Nobody in boxing has a list of good opponents like DLH.
All those names u mention are hall of fame guarantees. Add names like Chavez, Whitaker, Vargas to name a few and u got a good resume.
Obviously the fact he is good looking and speaks well helps too. Also his fights are close and exciting.
IMO guys like Floyd, and Hatton could make similiar money if they took on all the best guys......

It just goes to show that there is nothing wrong with losing when you fight the very best there is. Boxing needs much more of this these days.
