Thread: Mundine v Calzaghe?

Who wins and how? I really like JC alot,so skilled but as of late,Ive REALLY taken a liking to Mundine. He is a superb fighter. Can fight front foot or back,good jab,excllent power in his right hand and a good chin. He has good footwork and I have seen him improve drastically on his defence which now includes a very good Mayweather esque shoulder roll. He's really an excellent fighter.

On the other hand,we all know how skilled JC is. Supr fast hands,decent power,great footwork,tremendous stamina,a chin. His hands can be low at times though. Im not sure,I think I'd favour JC but man what a match up it would be. If Mundine could use his jab,alternate between fighting on the front foot and back,he would make it dam tough for JC. Both have tremendous speed. What a fight it would be!

and i dont think calzaghe can hurt mundine at all.mundine took kesslers best flush, and kesslers got more power than JC. Mundines the whole package, but very underated. you'll all see. trust me

can't agree more Mundine is the king of the division. The most complete fighter. Mundine by KO in the 8th. Forces Calzaghe to retire. Mundine's speed, power and defence is the best. He won't be beaten.

His the better fighter. Can take down opponents, but Mundine can take a punch.

you should download mundine vs danny green....soliman.....echols and kessler. you will enjoy they are great fights, very entertaining and you will see mundine is alot better than u give him credit for

Mundine's chin, skills and determination will keep it close but JC would nick a close UD possibly SD

Calzaghe will win 11 if not 12 rounds.

Im going Mundine 8 rounds to 4. Simply because i feel Calzaghe lacks the knock out power.
