Not sure about Simms actually, he looked very sharp last time out and may beaet Spinks imo... I think he would beat Ouma or Karmazin though in fairly close fights.

I didn't see the fight but I can imagine how he fought it.

Just going off what I know about Spinks besides the Taylor fight I'd say he has a bad style for Simms who's made for guys to come to him which Spinks wouldn't do, I'd go Spinks UD. I think Spinks's style would be akward for Ouma, and I'd probably go with Spinks although Ouma would press Spinks far more than Taylor did and Spinks could gas out. Think the Karmazin fight would be reasonably similar to the first one but I wouldn't be surprised if Karmazin made some adjustments and took a decision.

Ouma, one thing that I saw in Spinks last night. Was that I actually saw him pacing himself which I haven't seen him do. And he didn't gas out last night if anything Taylor was more tired then he was.

Let's not get carried away by Spinks. I still fancy Ouma to knock him out, just his sheer workrate.

You can't win championship fights by running away. I know people will now say Floyd but it IS different, Floyd is elusive but he also lands meaningful shots and outboxes his opponents, last night Cory was just elusive.

I like him, he's tough to beat but he can be beat and stopped. Zab did it twice, he was very unlucky to lose the first fight, his own knockdown was nothing more than a slip whilst he had Spinks out on his feet at the end. Another round and Cory would have been toast.

He murdered him in the rematch though

Maybe so, I'm gonna download it.

Still it sounds like Taylor was very tentative which is obviously the one thing Ouma isn't. Spinks would have to work harder, throw more punches just to keep up. I do think he would find it pretty easy to hit Ouma, especially early but I still think his conditioning is questionable, and he'd have to throw more punches against Ouma. I don't like Spinks' style for Ouma though.

Good point about Ouma not giving Spinks any rest.

I don't think any of the fighters mentioned at 154 have the footwork or footspeed of Judah to catch up to Spinks in that way personally.

Spinks wouldn't stand in front of him and get hit like Rivera. Don't forget how much of a problem he had with McKart.

I think Ouma would. He showed even against Taylor that he'll just walk through punches to make sure he lands and he wouldn't be like Taylor trying to box his way inside.

I believe Ouma has the perfect style to beat Spinks

I think he would lose one of the fight either to Ouma or Simms.
