Default one for the purist B- Hopkins v Mike Mccallum.

This is a mouthwatering matchup between two masters of there trade , we are talking when they were both about 30ish .
Both went on for so long because of the fact they were so good. Both under rated but i really think they are both modern greats so who wins ?
I think split points win for............................................... ..............no i like em and cant split em so i will fence sit and say a DRAW
please guys tell me wot you think ?

Indeed a splendid match up between 2 great fighters.
Both had excellent conditioning due to a strict training regime.
A draw is possible but imo i have to go with McCallum on the base of his allround skills.
I would be a very SD with maybe a point or 2 between them
I would by a ticket for sure

I favour Bernard. A little stronger, I think and maybe a little rougher in close. But certainly a great match-up. McCallum did a great job giving Jeff Harding a boxing lesson at light-heavyweight.

I must say it's not extremely difficult to give Harding a boxing lesson.
A very crude brawler who had no chance against a fighter with decent boxing ability
I think that McCallum was better in the pocket and with his long arms would not have any difficulty at long range

I pick Hopkins. He was a little quicker, and a better inside fighter.

B-hop could outbox McCallum, it'd be a close fight though. I seen that Jeff Harding match too, it was a great display by McCallum but honestly WHO was Jeff Harding compared to Bernard?
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"
