I think Lennox does deserve a spot at heavyweight top 10.. His right hand is probably in the top 3 single hardest punches in heavyweight history. He was such a big heavyweight and had that right hand and great leverage.. His power and ability to deliver it put him in the top 10. Alot of guys are big, but Lennox was a top fighter. Alot better than the Klitchkos. Even on a bad night he beat Vitali.Originally Posted by LUCKY_13

Those are the heavyweights that I respect & the first ones that come to mind...the only one in the top 10 is the one that I mentioned above.
LEWIS.

Ok i feel dumb by asking this but you mean to say lewis and ali are top ten right.
Lewis & Ali are top in all timers...but...again, let me try to explain, when I think of heavyweights & excitement the Klits come to mind...not top 10 of all time...but they are fun & exctiting to watch.Originally Posted by Mr140

I do mate, I think it was just confusion with 'top 10 heavies' being in the title. I used to love watching Vitali but now I root for Wlad due to his skills.Originally Posted by wacko3205
Sorry about that wacko i understand now i was just confused by the way you put it
I would put Lewis in the top 10. I always enjoyed watching his fights and don't recall being bored, I saw most of them. What i do remember is having to convince some British tourists here that Lewis would be world champ. They didn't believe me but i was right - ner ne ner ne ner ner. But i was impressed with the skill he showed and his speed for such a big guy and he beat all he faced (eventually).
“If you even dream of beating me you'd better wake up and apologize.” Muhammad Ali.
I lewis was like around between 6 and 10 somewhere between those numbers on the list
I definately got the "pugilist specialist" in my top ten, maybe even top 5. His size and boxing skills gave him a shot against anyone. He did get a lil lazy towards the end of his career tho.He was notoriously out of shape for Rahman...training for like 2 weeks or something ridiculous. He was shooting a movie..Oceans 18 ...man I hope he got paid alot for that cameo. He was a monster coming up tho until McCall knocked him off his pedestal.
am I the only one who thinks the Klitchkos are overrated?Originally Posted by Kel
I think they are good but not greats they are sometimes overrated though i can agree with you there but not like they are not good fighters their just not greats yet.
considering he had two fluke losses, which he avenged, never ducked anyone, cleaned out the division and did beat alot of top class oppesition along the way and retire as champ, he gets into top 10 without doubt.
dont Fuck with the chuck
Lol ... and who did Marciano beat? The worst record of opponents you could wish to muster lmaoOriginally Posted by undefeated
