What a fwoking fight.

Congratz to both fighters. They are both winners tonight.

completely agree. Tonight we saw the best Miguel Cotto take on the best Zab Judah, and the real winners we're the fans, and the sport in general. As crazy as Tito v Vargas, as vicious as Castillo v Corrales and at the same time a level of sportsmanship and respect as Tszyu v Hatton. FIGHT OF THE YEAR.

Yoits...it was a great fight but Tito-Vargas, Corrales-Castillo were both better! If Judah was a little more active it wouldve been on par with those...he did show great heart. The problem was...Cotto dominated the fight. I gave Judah 1, 3, and 7 and I was rooting for zab. Cotto the destroyer. Zab showed alot...great heart, great speed, excellent power...problem was he was not active enough! Still, a GREAT FIGHT!

Great fight, but that was not the best of Zab Judah though he did show his heart. Cotto did a great job and kept consistant and put the pressure on..

I know, I guess i'm just still a bit high of of it, but it had elements of those fights with all the the fouls, the knockdowns and the fact that every punch was intended for a KO.

Yeah I totally agree... I picked Judah to win and therefore obviously was pulling for him... But he just didn't make it close enough in general to warrant FOTY. To Zab's credit he showed a shit load more heart then he ever has, and a lot more then I thought he had in him.... And wow Cotto is a wrecking ball, he looked fantastic tonight. Zab imo didn't fight up to his best ability but he really hadn't fought in a year and did fairly well considering. Cotto was also much smarter than he has been in the past tonight. His defence was fairly tight and he looked a touch faster then he has if you ask me. Either way both guys deserve a ton of credit for making it such a great fight.

Your selling Cotto far too short. This was the best Zab Judah there has ever been and Cotto beat him like Zab's never been beaten before. He systematically destroyed him. Like a robot with new softwares.

Not the best Zab Judah there is ever been, because Zab changes into a new Judah 365 days a year

But there is no way you could take credit from Cotto. He still beat Zab Judah whether it was version 9.0 or 10.5

great fight. this was by far the best zab ever in a long time as even in a losing effort he finally personified a true prizefighter. I think a rematch would be a career suicide for Zab coz Cotto hands out beatings that shorten careers. Miguel finally enters my top ten pound for pound list, he would also do very well against Margarito but I would keep him away from Mayweather

HAHAHA great fight. Judah showed great heart but Cotto showed more. He was rocked 3 times and just kept on coming. What a fight.

Yep I think Id rank Cotto as a top 10 p4p fight as well now honestly... He would DESTROY Margarito. That would be an absolute massacre, I don't care what anyone says. I think the best opponent for Miguel to take next would be Mosley, without a doubt. Like you say,(though I really don't agree that he should be kept away from Mayweather) he probably wouldn't beat Floyd, but as far as him cementing a legacy as well as taking on the best challenges and fights which he can improve in, Sugar Shane is the fight for him imo. If he can beat Mosley then Mayweather vs Cotto would be massive.

of course cotto fans are gonna say judah is the best fighter in the world to make cotto's win even better.

I think it had hints and taste of Tito/Vargas.

It was a great emotional fight.
It was pretty much what I expected.

I told people this was not Ruben Galvan and this was not Floyd Mayweather Jr.

This is and was Crazy azz Miguel 'The Robot' Cotto.

A fighter who is programed to entertain.

That's my boy.
