What a crock of shit! article, cause I can bet you with my life that if Zab woulda won the fight.
Cotto would not have gotten any type of praise or good comments from anyone. Instead he would have been bashed and destroyed, he was too young, he was overrated, he was over hyped by HBO.
Hatton would destroy him, PBF would overwhelm him and so on and so on.

To me Zab got beat, and thats that. I do however feel bad and after watching the fight several times now I feel bad for the dude.
He took his beating like Paulie did.

I agree with Mick, lets not go overboard. I give Zab his credit for taking his beatings like a man but all this BS about him being some sort of warrior is just that..BS. This was a life or death fight from him. And yep,Cotto would have been berated by everyone whereas Zab is getting a bit too much praise imo. Torres gave Miguel a much much tougher fight.

Why is it bs he did fight like a warrior he survived 9th round when i thought he was gone he went down on one knee to try and survive he did fight like warrior i don't see hows thats bs as for Torres yes he did give him tougher fight i will agree with that he had Cotto out on his feet plenty of times but Torres is a banger.

because Cotto made it a tougher fight then he needed to and didn't have anytime to prepare physically or mentally strategy wise for someone like Torres. And I think if Cotto had prepared for months to fight Torres the fight would have been over in the first 3 rounds with little trouble.

I've also mentioned this before but for me theres no reason why Zab should have continued from round 9.
    But thats just my opinion.
He was beat and those speradically thrown left uppers where just prayer shots.
Mercante should have stepped in, may times he would step in front of Zab to look at him from face front and kept thinking he was gonna stop it but he let it go.

It's BS because as Mick already said, had Cotto lost in the manner in which Zab did, nobody would be writing articles praising Cotto, they would be calling him a sham, over rated etc firstly and secondly, banger or not, most thought Zab would give Cotto his toughest fight,he didnt.Torres did.And he didn't "fight" like warrior,he took his ass whipping like a man.

Regardles of the situation,Torres gave Cotto his toughest fight by far.A much more difficult fight than the Zab fight.

Regardless of how much I dslike Zab,I actually felt sorry for him towards the end because he was getting destroyd but no one seemed willing to stop the fight?!

Styles make fights he didn't give Cotto his hardest fight so what ?? thats what boxing is all about styles Cotto fought great threw nice jabs here and there and broke down Judah and warrior in my eyes is when someone is getting beaten badly and still trying to win and still hanging in there even though they know they have lost thats what i class it as anyway.
