ABSOLUTELY....I counted at least 6 times that pulver while mounted stuck his arm up straight in the air....Penn was there to make a statement

Yeah he wanted to punish Pulver, you could tell throughout the fight. Especially in the end when he held that choke for an extra couple seconds lol.
