First of all sorry if this has already been posted. Though it was an interesting read.

He may only be pint-size but Ricky Hatton packs a punch with the force of a jaw breaking half-a-ton.
He wowed fight fans in Las Vegas on sat by knocking Castillo with a devastating left hook which crushed the Mexican's ribs.
But it's no surprise to researchers at Manchester University who decided to find out just how hard the Hitman hits.
During tests the undefeated light-welterweight and welter-weight world champion hit the punchbag so hard he broke the sensors.
Researchers worked out that Ricky's punch packs a force of about 400kg (882lbs)- 10 times the adverage person.
The adverage speed of his punches was 25mph, giving the opponents a reaction time of less than one 10th of a second. His fastest effort was clocked at 32mph, a blistering left hook Hatton has used to floor 31 of his 42 opponents.
That power and speed was on show on sat night when he floored Castillo, leaving him gasping for breath on the canvas.
Hatton 28, said "It was great working with the experts and the technology, and for me it was really interesting to see just how fast and hard i can hit.
The Manchester based boxer was put though his paces by a team of impact engineers from the School of Mechanical, Aerospace and Civil engineering
The team gauged the strength and speed of Hattons best shots by attaching sensors to a 30kg (66lbs) punch bag wired up to a laptop containing software to measure and analyse the incoming data.
Impact expert Dr Li said" The level of force he generated was quite astonishing. It was certainly a very different project from the type we usually work on.
Out of curiosity does anyone know PBF mph?
