I remember Michael Buffer doing some announcing with WCW for a short time. But the guy that announces UFC is Michael's brother, Bruce Buffer.

I have to go with Michael Buffer here. I think he has set the standard.

no in the early ufc's mike did it, he must have threw his bro a bone and gave the gig to him

Actually Bruce was Michael's manager and got him the ufc gig but there were contract problems becuase Michael was already tied to wrestling. Bruce then took over the UFC.

More than that though he copyrighted Michael's 'Lets Get Ready To Rumble' trademark and made them both a fortune. Bruce's Buffer Enterprises has made around half a billion pounds through licensing Buffer's voice.

Jimmy for me. Sounds, looks like his dad. Met Buffer a few times, he's ok too. Buffer is almost plastic at times like a ken doll(remember your sister had one of these til you pulled it's head off).
