Default Golden Boy Likely Promoting Mayweather-Hatton

Am I the only only one who thinks this is odd? For a guy who said he was treated like sh@t by GBP, Mayweather doesnt seem to have a problem working with them when it makes him money. Fact is neither of these guys can make as much money as Oscar, so bringing him onboard will generate more money and PPV numbers.

I didnt know that. Good move for Hatton though. The drama from his recent promoters are the last thing he needs on his mind going into this fight.

i agree, and well just with this year alone i gotta say Don King's been blown out of boxing basically, IMO the two top promoters are Top Rank (Bob Arum) and Golden Boy Promotions (Oscar De La Hoya). They so far this year are putting out the fights that the fans want to see, and the fights their fighters need

Yes and rumor has it that PBF has started his own promotion company. I think he is the only fighter they have.

Well he is going to be in the two biggest fights this year unless Oscar fights again.

I heard Oscar had it in his contract for his fight with Mayweather that he would gain promotional rights for his next fight which obviously is against Ricky.
