I believe Floyd is a much better fighter and has more skills than Williams. I laso belive that Williams physical advantages combined with his unaturally high pounch output is enough to overcome Maywether's superior skills.

Floyds best weapon to me is just how smart he is in the ring, floyd's seen 'em come in all shapes and sizes and it's never really seemed to matter, williams in one fight as managed to go from decent contender to some all time great in some eyes, to each his own but i don't see it that way nor do i see him prepared to fight mayweather. But due to his physical attributes i give just as good as chance as some of the others mentioned as potential floyd killers these days.

I wondered if the combination of Williams speed and reach would keep Mayweather at bay. However, Mayweather's ring awareness is amazing, I think he'd find a way to make Williams miss, and outbox him to a decision.
