He's got a fairly big height advantage over Rees, which almost all of his possible opponents will do, but I think he could be vulnerable, what with boxrec showing that he's been down in the first rounds of two recent fights. Don't know much about him to be honest, but has a decent record of beating no-namers, and the only real name 'Grover Wiley' being on a serious losing streak.

This'll be a test for both fighters, though looking at both histories it might be more suited to a WBC International belt or something along those lines.

He must be a safe option for Gavin's 1st defence and be good to have another World title fight on the November bill. My ticket's arrived today

    Anyone seen this guy fight?

i haven't but i would expect gav to win...

why? first defence not even the main supporting undercard... i highly doubt warren would put rees in with a guy whos going to beat him so soon... its not a mandatory or unification or even a massive pay day... they want to wait for witter to take his wbc belt

Warren will want to make as much money out of Rees before he loses his belt cause he aint going to hold on to it long.so think Warren will know how good and what Salita is capable of and he will expect Rees to win.
My ticket come 2day carnt wait.

he wont hold on to it long? is that because of the long line of upand comer at LWW?

lets be honest apart from paulie there are no real threats to anyone at LWW rigt now... rees just out pointed one of the best at that weight with complete ease and clowned the fool for most of it (something i wish he didn't do tbh)

it's funny how most people picked rees to get sparked out in his last fight even tho id wager 90% of the people shooting their mouthes off hadn't seen shit of rees before or knew anything about him - now they seen one fight they got him sussed to a tee

torres would be a test - witter i believe would be outworked. Hatton is about to fight the p4p number 1, rees would be a masssssive step back for him and i doubt it would ever happen.

And exactly how much money is frank mkaing from rees right now? how many EXTRA people you think gav will pull to the kessler fight? or do you think he pulled nyone who wasn't going to the enzo fight?

lets be honest rees wont be headlining any fights for a long time, or if ever... he is hardly going to make frank anything he doesn't blow on callgirls...

Anyone else feel Rees should really make some more effort and make LW?

Rees is there for the taking and I am sure Salita's been on Sky if he is that fighter he will beat Rees. Rees is our Baldomir.
