Thread: Clottey/Collazo interviews:they are not fighting each other.

On,off,on,off,this fight has changed locations etc so many times but it appears to be off. I think Collazo wants more $$$ Clottey accuses him of ducking and he also accuses Zab.PW(who was offered a Clottey fight but his camp declined) etc. lmao,Clottey says he'll fight any Lou DiBella fighters! He also calls out Ike Quartey,as I mentioned before,they REALLY dislike each other.

Oh and Collazo actually does sound like he's ducking Clottey.He and his camp did not turn up at the purse bid so the fight was called off and in the interview,he wants to fight Golden Johnson!? To check if his hand is ok,or so he says.

Margarito is the fwocking man,he fought Clottey as a VOLUNTARY defence,beat him and got his respect. Judah,Williams,Collazo has all turned down Clottey fights. That speaks volumes about Tony's warrior mentality,regardless of whether you like him or not.

And: why the heck does everyone want to fight Golden Johnson? Margarito(tune up I'm guessing) and Collazo mentions him in the interview but why him specifically?

Very disappointing i was looking forward to the fight aswell.

I really hate these fighter who pick and choose who they are gonna fight. What ever happened to fighting the best possible.....now its the best suited for me. Guys like Margarito/Clottey that will fight anyone get alot of respect from me. If Williams did in fact turn down that fight, he loses alot of respect from me...Especially after claiming hes the most feared mandatory. Step up or shut up.

Dissappointed also, thought this would really help Collazo.
