A good pal of mine, Ron Lipton added some videos on Youtube demonstrating punching technique.

He still punches fast and hard in these videos and this is after an injury prevented him from training for a couple of months. Some time has passed since then and he's now back in terrific shape, and should be releasing some more videos in the future.

You don't want to miss this! There was much videos on Youtube before, but were subsequently deleted because of copyright violations. Luckily I was able to save several of them onto my computer which I'll to upload in the future.

I used to speak to him online years ago on the other only great online boxing forum.
Used to speak on reffing and also his old acquaintance 'The Hurricane' from his ex police history and on Ruben Carters guilt or lack of etc. Anyone around his area in NY would do great to go and train with him, specially if you require more power and grit.

Ron is a pleasure to talk to, he's full of charm and class. He really knows his boxing, especially when it relates to his era and the fighters that he sparred with. I always enjoy talking about boxing and training with him. Later on I'd like to talk to him face to face, and maybe even train with him. It'd be a great experience as he has many wrinkles to share with young fighters.

I enjoyed this one. David Tua is right infront of Holfield and is not easy to hit! He works behind the jab, slips and blocks punches well, and tosses the ol' left hook in there. He even throws a trible left!
