Seriously, I have no love whatsoever for Bernard Hopkins, but watching him shadow box is like watching Picasso work on on his brushstroke or Mozart practicing piano.

And early Tyson was a spartan in the gym. He'd make you feel for the heavy bag.

I know, watch his balance. Hopkins as got some great footwork.

Thats like the 4th round of non-stop hitting,if she actually fought like that,Id knock her out myself
Theres a difference between training,to build endurance,and the actual fight
Thats why you do sparring and mitts as well
