i figured it would be on at like 3PM here but its on at 9PM here and it says its live, i think the UK is 4 hours ahead of NY so that would make the event start at like 1 and maybe the fight start around 230, so i was like an hour and a half off, it was a dramatized estimate tho

They were originally showing this fight at 10pm around 3pm your time.. think it was also moved to compete with the Marquez-Rocky fight on Showtime

Although you probably have a point about the willingness of Brits to attend fights in the early hours.. great excuse to be totally mullered by fight time

I think £2.5 million he is getting payed would compensate for fighting at 4 in the morning.

Even if the fight on saturday is at 1 in the morning.

And to be honest, I think half the crowd will be throwing punches of their own by the time Joe Calzaghe gets in the ring....remember its always beer o'clock in Cardiff, and thousands of Danes will be there too. We all know how the Danes are a nation of abstinent teetotallers.

I believe the actual start time is 1.30am though.

Setanta have it starting at 8pm so there is going to be a lot of chatting going on form Buncey.

I know, I was quite surprised when I saw that there is going to be four hours of stuff on Setanta before the first title fight of the evening, with Maccarinelli v Azzaoui at 00:10, and another hour and a half till Calzaghe. That's an awful lot of space to fill, but since they've been showing a lot of Calzaghe's older fights recently, I guess you guys not there might see plenty of that sort of thing. Heck, they're probably showing all the fights on the undercard though, as the very first one starts at 8:15 pm.

Any idea what time Skelton is fighting? Or who else is on the undercard aside from him and Enzo.

I thought the Skelton v Williams III fight was not on this undercard?
