me and my cousin want learn to box but we have had trouble finding training clubs I think I'm to old for boxing at the age of 22 but i dont think he is were is the best place to find boxing trainers.

Theoretically you could start boxing tomorrow, have 4 years as an amateur, 4 years as a pro, ample time to win lots of fights and lots of money and be done by 30 years old..............you are not too old to box.

What would the best routine to start with I know running would be A good start but would doing some exercises at home be over doing it as I have a small punch bag and some punch pads and A set of 8oz gloves but what would be the best routine to do and also can you give me some tips on combination punches for the pads at all.

I have just found out that I suffer from blackouts would that effect my chances i'm on medication for it and its working but my worry is that I cant box because of it.Â*

shit dude! you can do the training and body spar but I would be concerned to let you full spar. You have to let your trainer know in case something happens in the gym.

don't have a trainer yet but working on i'm already in contact with a possible trainer and I have told him and waiting for a reply to be honest if I cant box in ameture league i will be gutted thats for sure.
