I jus finished reading durans book that guy was amazing sometimes coming down from over 200 pounds to make the 154 in only 2 months, the whole books a great read from sart to finish, id reccomend it to anyone.

Does it include much detail of his training?
I really like that in a biography, when i get to see how my favourite fighters trained....Then i can compare it against other fighters training regimens and establish how much of their fighting prowesds was worked for and how much was god given.
