Default Billy Graham vs Roger Mayweather

I see a very intresting dynamic leading up to the fight, what is going to happen when these 2 get face to face? We saw Roger trying to bully Freddie Roach in the run in to the fight, Billy Graham won't stand for none of it, I can see this turning nasty.

It's true! Graham as the 24/7 show highlighted is a tough guy from a tough background, no way in hell will he back down from Roger physically mentally or verbally.

Both blokes strike me as the sort who would fight anyone. I think Billy Graham would try to avoid a fight if possible but wouldnt back down. Roger Mayweather seems like he could start a fight in an empty room.

During the Floyd-Oscar 24/7, they showed parts of the Trainer's Conference Call. Hopefully they do the same this time.

Graham seems like a tough guy, but make no mistake, Roger could probably kick his a**. Remember, crazy old Uncle Roger is a former world champ who fought Whitaker, Chavez, Tszyu, etc. (And he knocked down Whitaker...)

Well both train undefeated future HOF fighters. I dont know enough about Graham except from what I saw on the show. Heard plenty over the years but never any 1st hand knowledge

Yeah no doubt, but where Billy comes from Boxing doesn't count for much, in Salford they'll shoot, stab, run you over, whatever,.

one thing that troubles me with Graham is that he smokes incessantly. How can you get the most out of a fighter, conditioning diet Etc. when you dont follow it yourself

Boxing skills dont count for much when you want to grab a persons head and smash it into the concrete.

I'm in agreement, Billy used to take Ricky out on the lock after his early pro wins!!!
But thats why they have Kerry Kayes now so i wouldn't worry about that!

I still dont think they keep Ricky optimal at 5'6 175-180 cutiing him down to 140-147. take the life and will out of a fighter eventually

It's difficult to determine really, certainly it's not ideal in the long term and famous examples such as Duran implicate that it may have detrimental effects on the individuals overall health in the long term.

It's not too bad when it's just body fat your cutting, when you have to dehydrate that is when you get the weight drain that puts years on a fighter. Look at the state of Cotto circa 2005 to now, he's like a different fighter.
