Default I hate to say this but Cotto is starting to disapoint me a little.

Cotto was just on television and when asked whom he would like to fight, he said:
I would like to fight the big names:
    ODLH, PBF, Hatton.

Screw these 3 fools and go after Cintron and Williams for now and then force your hand against ODLH, Hatton and PBF. Honestly though, I don't think any of these 3 want anything to do with Cotto.

Floyds excuse is: I am retired and or on vacation and I am bored with this sport.
ODLH's excuse is: My wife does not want me to fight any more Puerto Ricans. <---Lame excuse
Hatton's excuse: I am too small and moving back down again.

Maybe even a Cotto/Margarito fight would be good

Cotto/Margarito is a dream fight for me, and I hope it gets made soon if Mayweather is planning on taking time off. Or either one beating Cintron into oblivion would be nice as well. Williams in a rematch with Tony or a fight with Cotto would be awesome for me alsoand I'd love to see how Cotto fairs against that freak Williams.

Call me crazy, but I think Cintron is the one guy Cotto should stay the F**k away from.

i think thats more fact than excuse.

fighting at 147, Hatton loses quite a large chunk of his game.

Oscar is the hardest guy for him to fight, and Mayweather beat Hatton not the weight. I think this weight is as hard or harder for Mayweather because its harder to keep the distance.

I think to fight Mayweather is okay. Mayweather isnt gonna be around for long. The other guys Cotto can get to in '09 or whatever...

Oh yeah, Margarito vs Cotto would be a better match in my opinion rather than having them fight Mayweather.

I think Cotto and his camp are dissappointing. His uncle, over at boxing scene, seems intent on wanting to fight Oscar, even more so than Floyd.WTF is up with that>?Purely for the $$$.Since when did Miguel become a businessmen?

Cotto Margarito would be a war and I'll SIG bet anyone on this baord that Tony would beat him.(they are my 2 faves but syles make fights,Tony has the style to wreck Cotto)

Cintron would crack under Cotto's pressure similar to how he did vs Margarito, and if you watch Jesse Feliciano fight, you can see Cintron looks very discouraged because of the pressure. Cotto would win in 6 rounds.

Good call on the Cintron fight.I've said that for a while. His power could hurt Cotto, forget all his weaknesses,if he landed flush like Torres,Judah, and Corely did,it COULD be lights out Cotto although, the more likely scenario is Cotto breaking his ribs but still, would be an interesting one.

2 of the fights you mentioned were at Jr Welterweight, Cotto is much stronger at Welterweight and has a lot of variety in his arsenal. Mosley may of been past his peak but he is still a good puncher and Cotto took Mosley's shots very well, Cintron has never really stopped anyone worth mentioning so i think Cintron's power is slightly overrated. Cotto has a chin you can crack but not break.
