Salvador Sanchez = I heard his fight with Juan Escobar was close, and he was dropped in that fight but i can't comment on that one because i've never seen the fight but other than that he has never had gift decision as far as i know.

As much as I love Ricardo Lopez some people do feel the draw he got against Alvarez in there fight was a gift. As they had him trailing at the time of the stoppage.

Then you heared wrong, aside from the knockdown Sal got the best of Juan all around. Juan was just wailing away but Sal was using ring generalship he was more calm and landing the harder cleaner punches.
Gotta disagree, it was close but a gift decision it wasnt.
How judge Conde had Lopez wining ONLY 2 ROUNDS of 8 is BEYOND me...
Really, watch the fight and tell me that Lopez had only won 2 rounds.
If you can do that then I'll believe that he got a gift decision.

Sanchez, on the floor in the fifth round, nearly landed there again in the final minute of the fight after being stopped in his tracks by a wild left to the head. He hung on desperately as Escobar, a Tijuana southpaw, pummeled him but was unable to land the clincher.

For starters I will assume that when you say "heard" you mean read.
And I've told you before NOT everything that's on BoxRec is true.
The source that's there says Ring Mag. but unless they can add a scanned copy of it how do you know it's accurate?
The fight was close early but in the middle rounds Sal was working welll.
The ending of the fight was good but Sals lead was to good and well ahed by then.
I'm working on several things right now for the holidays plus I'm also working on Barrios-Freitas for you but when I get the chance I'll get this one for you to see for yourself.
