    Default cracking bones

I'm 14 and hav been doing pushups for a while. Lately when I do them my wrists crack but there is no pain. Is this because I'm growing or doing too much.

It could be for a lot of reasons, how long have you been doing them and have you recently started doing more/doing different types or going lower down?

You're probably alright, but I'd try not to crack them as much as possible, just in case.

I've been doing them before I started training about 6 months ago. I did them on my knuckles and just normal pushups. Should I stop?
