    Default Sven Ottke may return!

Former super middleweight champion Sven Ottke (34-0, 6 KOs), who retired unbeaten in 2004 after 21 successful title defenses, says he's willing to jeopardize his perfect ring record against Dariusz Michalczewski in a big money TV fight on May 24th in Hannover, Germany. "I can do this!" Ottke told BILD. "My former trainer Ulli Wegner will make me fit." It was reported that the Ottke camp had previously rejected the bout. Promoter Andreas Grajewski confirmed that there have been talks with Ottke but said nothing is certain and two or three potential opponents are being considered.

and one of those lethal KO blows were detonated on Anthony Mundine..

although Mundine wasn't really hurt, he just got tired, and decided to play at being unconcious..

cause it aint really that embarrassing getting sparked unconcious by an out-and-out powderpuff hitter.. oh and he was inexperienced.. oh and hadn't trained properly, sparred with his par.

Galzaghe could have beaten him in Germany, One hand tied behind his back, fighting orthodox, only throwing 10 punches in the round and hopping on one leg.

When it was announced last week that Michalczewski was going to return I joked that Ottke would come out of retirement and fight him.

Wish I would have kept that thought to myself

It was a temple shot if i remember right, but even if your light hitter if you catch someone with a perfect punch on the temple then its lights out.

The powderpuff punch Ottke detonated against Todge Mundines bonce would have rendered ANYONE unconcious, it was so perfectly executed.. in a powderpuff way.

in germany theyll be wetting themselves with excitement.

ottke grabs and holds for 12 rounds and gets a unanimous decision, while thousands of germans go crazy.

According to the German press (BILD - the equivalent of The Sun or the like) Ottke is doing this after a nasty divorce settlement last November cost him a lot of money.

Apparently his wife even charged him with assault. Ottke obviously dismissed this unreasonable claim (Ottke hitting someone? No f--- way!), and claimed that it was indeed his wife who had been hitting him. This sounds more like the Ottke we know from the ring...

Now there is some beautiful poetic justice in a German judge ruling that Ottke hit someone, despite the truth actually being the other way round.

More about this here (she is one ugly b***** as well): http://www.bild.t-online.de/BILD/spo...o=3617598.html [The German paper fail to report the beauty of the ruling though - perhaps they dont find it as funny, as I do?]
