Interesting article Clubber! I wanted to rep you for that but can't yet!
I think this goes along well with a lot of stuff Andre often talks about. It's only just beginning to not go completely over my head.![]()
Yeah anger is fear unreleased.
Fear is the complete opposite of what we are ment to be.
So to feel fear about something is an opening for a ailament or a weakness in a corresponding area to the base fear.
Eg an older man subconsciusly fears he is losing his potentcey for instance; he will unknowingly create a weakness in and around his postate.
Someone feels totally unsuppported by those around them..their back goes out.
people who feel they are shouldering a burdon..guess what area...
Knees direction.
heart /love.
blood /joy
liver /emotion
pancreas /the sweetness of life is gone.
toes /decicions
neck/stubborness
The list is near endless and includes diseases you can be open to more than others.
These are subconsciuss things.
All you have to do is bring it out into the conscious thought and repeat the reverse sentence and the fear disappears and so does the cause of the problem so you get better faster and naturally.

AHH MAZING
Great Topic Clubber and interesting facts there Andre!
I believe our body is affected by our mentality in much larger ways than we understand.
"All true boxers should be too strong for violence."
Yeah i think our body's are defently influenced by our minds, especially evident with confidence. So much more you can do when you are confident with yourself than when you aren't. Our minds our very powerful and yet we know little about them.
When it comes to performance, there's a fine line that fighters walk between aggressiveness and senseless anger.
Negative emotions can be changed just by changing our thought patterns. Easier said than done right?
Now, there's an interesting therapy that can easily learned that allows you to change any thoughts or feelings that are bothering your. This can cover everything from the prefight jitters, to even severe irrational fears. It's called TFT or "Thought Field Therapy" which was developed by Dr. Roger L. Callahan. It uses simple patterns of tapping precise locations on your body with a little concentration on your problem which works surprisingly well.
To cut throught the details, let me put it this way...
Imagine that inside of your car you have a beautiful GPS map device. There's a problem with it though, its memory contains a glitch with it's maps.
Frustrating for you, it's just not functioning like you would like it to do, it keeps giving bad directions, and you don't know what to do. Luckily for you, a friend hands you a strange user manual called TFT. You spend a few seconds trouble shooting the problem, and once you figured out what's causing it, you skip to the chapter in the TFT manual that contains a simple combination for resetting your maps. You tap a few different buttons in a particular way as described in the manual while also focussing on the problem, and POOF! It's a Miracle! The bad maps had reset itself, problem solved.
This is basically how TTF works. Fix the glitch, overwrite/reset the map (your thought patterns and feelings).
You don't believe me? When it came time for me to test it out, as it so happened I had Midterms a couple weeks ago, and with it a big anxiety bug to deal with. I simply read the directions, applied it while focussing on the exams whic was causing my anxiety, and afterwards it just disappeared. It just didn't feel anything bad like I did before. I shit you not.
This is fantastic, and this works for anything, even the anxieties and woes that a boxer has to face.
Now if I got anyone's attention here, then during this weekend I'll post step by step directions so you can feel it for yourself. I'm really interested in reading some of your success stories later from now.![]()
If you hear a voice within you saying that I am not a painter, then by all means paint and that voice will be silenced.
Thanks for all your replies, especially Chris N. Please do post it soon.![]()
I agree with this. It's kind of intuitive if you think about it, anger is a very negative and harmful emotion with not only harms others but is also self-destructing.
Im not sure exactly what hormones are released during anger, but I'd guess cortisol is at least one of the main contributers. Prolonged release of cortisol can cause depression, which can lead to more anger and stress, which will further damage your body. Anger is as much a biological process as an emotional one. Luckily, it is a controllable biological process, though (paging Andre) I suppose all biological process can be controlled to an extent (?)
I suspect people who are angry all the time or have a very negative outlook also age faster, get wrinkles faster, are more prone to injuries, etc.
I always spar with a healthy aggressiveness, but never feel angry.
Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.

Yeah this is turning into a really interesting thread - great replies all round! I will be interested in that tapping thing ChrisExams suck so I do believe relieving pre-exam stress is a good test!

Im a tft practitioner Chris.
Used it to help many people.
Works great for fear of public speaking, did for me.
Out of 200 people who did the course only about two had no change.
Two that stand out were grif stricen over the death of their son and they got that lifted off them and could talk about it without crying eventually at the end of the two days.
Funny thing when I did the course I stayed at a friends house in town and visiting was a girl who asked me why I was looking so tired.
I made some excuse thinking gee how'd she know, surley i dont look that bad.
She tested me out through my inate wisdom ,like muscle testing but differernt and my body told her what my system was doing and why I felt this way.
She relayed it to me ,tapped out a few different spots not used in Tft after doing certain exersizes and formulas on me for dehydration and body cemistry and I got better in matter of about an hour as the night got later I got better.
It was called body talk and is simular and has concepts between kinesiology ,TFT and emotional field therapy EFT but is actually a system all of its own with its own protocol that covers every aspect of the human body mental emotional and physical.
I have also done modules one and two of this and practice it too.
At the end of the day we live inside the most advanced computer in the universe and it knows and can fix everything and anything you just have to get in contact with the subconsiouss part to achieve or recreate the broken the link.
Ive seen as many miracles through this system too some healing the worse senarios.
There are also advanced sports therapists within body talk who are payed big money to keep some very well known top athletes /golfers etc in top shape on all levels.
Same price as a top western specialist without the drugs and cemicals.
so true

Tell that to Holyfield he used to get so angry and fired up when he was hurt and he had one of the quickest recovery times ever for a boxer.
