I don't know why,I just have a feeling Zab will do well v Shane. I think against guys that keep coming,Zab gasses(Baldo,Cotto and Floyd even came straight down the pipe) but Shane is not that kind of fighter:he's more stationary, doesn't move back or forward too much. This will give Zab a chance in this fight imo. I also think he has new coaches(still has Yoel but Floyd Senior has been adeed too) who are working on his stamina, which is a plus. I'm not 100% he'll win but I think it's going to be a close fight. I also think Shane lost a step v Miguel in terms of speed.
“Winning championships today . . . yeah it’s great saying you’re champion. But looking at the reality, having a belt is whatever. Making the best fights, the biggest fights, and making the most money is important to me today. If I want a belt, I can go home. I have every belt in my home. Championships. Title belts, I have them at home. So as far as me winning more belts, I’m not concerned about that. But what I want to do is leave a great legacy. To have adversity, and be able to come back from that and still be the greatest pound-for-pound fighter that there is today.”
