OK Ladies and Gents,
I've got another Fight night to present you with courtesy of Brian Peters promotions.
Following Macklin's victory over expierienced Mexican Campas, an undefeated Peter's fighters steps into the ring with another vastly more expierinced Mexican.
The Irishman:
Paul McCloskey is a fighter who enjoyed some great success as an Irish amateur. Winning multiple Ulster Championships and three national championships, the Derryman boxes out of an unconventional southpaw stance and brings a lot of entertainment to the ring.
With 15 professional fights resulting in an equal amount of wins,

Having proven extremely popular with the crowd in defeating durable Manuel Granica on the undercard of Lee Faligga, McCloskey now tops the bill, which will be held in Letterkenny Leisure complex in County Donegal.

Currently holding the IBF Light Welterweight International title, McCloskey has an awkward defense, a difficult style and power which has granted him 15 ko victories. These factors combine to make him a frustrating opponent for any fighter and a joy for the spectator to watch.
The Mexican:
Cesar Bezan comes to the ring sporting an impressive record of 46-9-1 with 30 KO victories.
What that record does not reveal is the quality of opposition this man has faced. Jose Luis Castillo, Henry Brusseles and Miguel Cotto are all past opponents of this former world Lightweight titleholder and at 5'11" he is a large Light Welter.

Bezan may be said to now be past his best years and fighting at a weight which is above his best, but his expierience and toughness will make him an obstacle which will not be passed easily.

His willingness to travel to his opponents home venue, is just another illustration of this man's mentality; he will fight anyone anywhere.

On the undercard we will have heavyweight prospect Mike Perez (yes the same Mike Perez who won last weekend is listed to fight agin!) We have Stephan Haughian, Neil Sinclair, Damian Taggart, Luke Wilson contributing to the cards and with so many young prospects on the cards, those in attendance are sure to identify some young stars for the future!
