Default ODLH returned back with his old trainer , Mayweather Sr.

ODLH and Mayweather Sr. took back all the plan that they leaved , after the separation of them when ODLH and Floyd Jr. got the fight in May of 2007 , in spite of ODLH have the commitment to fight with Steve Forbes in May/3/08 , he recognized that is thinking to have Mayweather Sr. as a trainer for his second fight with Floyd Jr. in Sept. of this Year. He have one month in training in P.R. where now is in 153 pnd. and considered that the weight not going be a problem for him also he going be in California for still training at his last 3 weeks of his fight. He is very confident that going win Floyd Jr. in Sept. because now have more experience and Mayweather Sr. gave him some new strategies for beat Floyd Jr.. He said that honestly feel soooo exited to have Mayweather Sr. in his Corner.....

It really doesn't matter who Oscar has in his corner imo, this would be signifigant if Mayweather sr. hasn't trained him numerous times in the past, if it was some sudden shoking appearence.. But obviously DLH has already heard Floyd sr's best advice on how to fight his son... I mean Sr. was his trainer for years. We could see a riot in the ring if Floyd sr. and Roger get it on though, and it will probably make for another good 24/7 series.

Use the jab consistently throughout the fight. Now give me $3 million. Easy money.

ODH could have Jesus, Muhammed, and Yoda in his corner and he still wouldn't beat PBF.

I could really care less about ODLH as a fighter anymore. He isn't going anywhere else in his boxing career. he isnt out there to fight the champs at 147 or 154 he's just there to use his name and make money. Its fighters like that, that only use their name that I really do not stand anymore.

Aside from someone like Shane Mosley actually fighting a current champ and miguel cotto and a legit threat in zab judah aside from oscar fighting steve forbes and then floyd mayweather for a money fight. Seriously, why should Oscar get more exposure then the fighters actually busting their butts to win world titles?

So Floyd is not a real champ or challenge? Lots of people say ODLH is done and can't do any good in the ring. Well, consider this, he's not in his prime and look at the challenge he gave Floyd to a questionable split decision. Fighters in their prime have not been able to do half of what ODLH did against Floyd. Look at ODLH resume and tell me that he has fought bunch of journeymen.
    Master,
Heheheh! Totally agree. The jab was connecting just fine whenever he threw it and he even acknowledged that.

I agree buddy, people are blinded by their hate for Oscar. He doesn't get credit for anything. He absolutely destroyed Ricardo Mayorga which was inexplicably glossed over by everybody. Even a prime Trinidad didn't do him as quickly as Oscar did that was a brilliant performance.

Then he gives Floyd the toughest fight in 4 years and possibly his hardest fight ever and people just grumble that he's past it and needs to hang them up.

And why do people say he fights meaningless fight?

Cotto's last 3 fights, Judah, Mosely, Gomez
Oscar's last 3 fights, Mayorga, PBF, Forbes

Personally I'd say Oscar is fighting the better opposition. I'd pick Mayorga over Judah, PBF over Mosely and Forbes over Gomez so why is Oscar's opposition meaningless?

I'm afraid I have to disagree with the last part of your post. Judah would murder Mayorga, I doubt Mayorga would be able to hit Judah cleanly. PBF is clearly better than Mosley at this point, though if they fought eachother it would still be a compelling matchup. Forbes might be better than Gomez skill-wise, but the size of Gomez more than mitigates that factor IMO, and from what I've seen Forbes isn't that much more skilled than Gomez these days.

Not sure why you have so much venom for Oscar yet you have no criticism for Floyd. Floyd doesn't fight for money?! That's not the reason why he is fighting Oscar again? Or he appears on wrestling shows? There are only a handful of fighters in the business today that take on the best competition without the #1 reason being $$$. Neither Oscar or Floyd are one of them. But don't just single out Oscar. You can always argue that at least Oscar is fighting the p4p champ (whether for money or not)....and if he was to pull of the upset...he can say he fought the younger p4p champ. Now what is Floyd's excuse/reason for fighting Oscar...a fighter who he already beat and who is obviously past his prime?
