Thread: Gaining/Loosing weight

I hear mixed comments about gaining/loosing weight. For you, what are the advantages/disavantages of gaining/loosing weight? Which fighters have done good gaining/loosing weight?

I believe Manny Mac weighs 147lb during fights so he must starve himself to make weight but come fight night he has a big advantage.

Well if we think in Roy Jones Jr. , he did good when he moved up to the LHW thru HW and now he did again , he feel good and look great in the weight............
