Punch Power: 1834 | | Haye takes off cruiserweight crown David Haye, the undefeated sensation of the cruiserweight division, has communicated to the WBC his plans for his future in boxing in a beautiful letter written to the WBC President Jose Sulaiman.
David Haye has relinquished his WBC cruiserweight championship and is requesting the WBC to rate him in the heavyweight division, hoping that his second dream, to win the WBC green and gold heavyweight championship, becomes true in the near future.
The WBC wishes David Haye the best of luck in the heavyweight division and confirms complete support to him as well.
The WBC vacant cruiserweight title will be contested between Rudolf Kraj and Giacobbe Fragomeni.

Press Release | I think haye could have ruled the cw div. would he have stayed there. i really can't see who would beat him.....
haye knows that the hw div. will bring him money and he choose the money road.... take hopkins for example, he could have moved up to fight the other bigger names for more moneyu but he choose to stay and take the road less traveled road and it worked for him. we'll see what haappens wit haye.

Punch Power: 687 | | Re: Haye takes off cruiserweight crown I give haye credit for showin some balls. I look forward to seeing him test the heavyweight waters. I just wish he would build up hype with fights instead of trying to with his mouth. (the only one getting away with that is scary ass miranda). Cause not too many are buying the talk...especially klitchko.

I still needed to see how he handled a boxers like Steve and also how he handled Arslan.
Haye was def. on his way to full dominance... |

I mean for being a bunch of so called bums, hell it is hard to get someone at the top there. I want to see him fight my man Toney at HW or SL. SL needs a payday and could test Hayefaker.

Punch Power: 41 | | Re: Haye takes off cruiserweight crown Should bring some excitement to a boring division. I am quite excited by him and think he'll do well. I think he'll carry his power up and he'll be too quick to get caught off the bigger guys. All the heavyweights are just so big and lumbering its like watching them in slow motion. I think Wlad does have a big more athleticism that the others but I'd give Haye a good chance against him.
Granted if Haye does get himself caught, he will be in trouble. Think thats whats so exciting about him.
Good lukc to him I say. I like his ambition and willingness to take on the best and take risks. |

cruserweight division is even weaker than heavyweight and he has already seen off the only 2 decent cruserweights.
Haye will win a world title at heavyweight i have no doubts about that.
But undisputed, with Wlad and vitali around??
i just dont see it!! |
