Thread: What Is Poonsawat Doing?!

He recently wins the WBA Eliminator against a fairly credible fighter in Sithchatchawal, a former world champion, and follows up this win by fighting a guy with zero fights to his name. Hes turning out to be no different than Pongseklek

I wouldn't pay too much attention, these guys from Thailand fight pretty much anyone with a pulse. He'll be fighting again within two months, maybe sooner. His next one will at least be someone with a record I'll wager.

indeed u cant judge thai fighters the same way


they fight guys who are 0-0 for warmups allot, mainly cuz its allowed in thailand


i think alot of times the guys have muay thai experience also



poonsawat will probably be fighting a name again soon, im guessing he may wait till someone comes to thailand cuz he didnt have a good experience with the judges in germany

Haha didnt realize you despised him so much..I was also happy to see him lose and not regain the title in the rubbermatch.

Sal hit the nail on the head: Thai fighters usually fight these 0-0 guys to stay active. And the guy they fight is ususally a former muay thai fighter too! I think Poon is an excellent fighter!
