However, then again, he had the "oppertunity" to fight a lot of talent that he didn't, even if it was them who didn't want to fight. |

tyrell biggs
if ever there was someone who was brought on to quickly it was poor tyrell.
Was 17-0 and advancing at a nice steady pace.........then BAM
He is fighting iron mike tyson in his prime for the world heavyweight championship infront of tens of millions of PPV viewers.
Never heard of poor tyrell after that |

Very unlucky not to become a world champion. Great technician and although he lost to Mccalum he bounced back well. |

Walker Smith would have been great ( if he hadnt changed his name lol ) | Have to disagree back,Bonecrusher was in an era dominated by fighters he just wasnt suited to fight, but you drop him in to the late 50's,he'd have been murder

IF YOU MEAN AN ERA OF FIGHTERS AS OPOSED TO BOXERS , THEN YOU DONT CONSIDER LARRY HOLMES A BOXER ??
AND EVEN MORE STRANGE DO YOU MEAN JAMES SMITH WAS A BOXER NOT A CRUDE BRAWLER
PLEASE EXPLAIN ?? |

In a mid range game like they did in the 50's,he'd have torn it up |
