Default Pac Named P4P #1 By Ring Mag

Ring Elevates Pacquiao To No. 1 Pound-For-Pound - Boxing News

    Agree? Disagree? You thoughts...

I personally think the best fighter in the world right now is Calzaghe but I certainly don't have a problem with Pac on top based on his resume. Good call.

Makes sense to me. I thought he should have been there for a while to be honest. He has been out there fighting big fight after big fight.

PAC rightfully deserves #1 p4p with Mayweather out of the picture.

    Pac deserves his spot.

I didn't look at the remainder of the list, but I assume Calzaghe is 2

Pac has been no.2 for about 50 years, they were hardly gonna let someone leapfrog him.

I guess he deserves the 1 spot more than most.

Where are they gonna put Floyd when he comes back later in the year?

I would put PBF in number 20 if he comes back again.

If other boxers are smart they will keep Floyd out of the equation, when he decides to come back just everyone refuses to fight him.

Same here bro. I don't think receiving the #1 p4p award by default is honorable thing. I don't think Pac FULLY earned that title. But since PBF is retired and Ring Mag had to choose one to fill in #1 spot,.. I guess Pac would be there man.

Interesting idea and I agree, shame is money talks and someones bound to want to make a tidy sum.

Of course those of us that don't buy any of his theatrics would like to see this, in fact, I'd love to see him get snubbed and bet we'd see him get his panties in a twist.

Unfortunately the lure of the almighty $$ will not let this happen.

Makes sense to me, now how about they update it on the website. Or even better, sort out the entire website!
