    Default WNF Powell vs. Latimore

Alrighty I guess I'll start the thread again =)

    Sechew Powell 23-1-0 (14 KOs)

    vs.

    Deandre Latimore 18-1-0 (15 KOs)

    Light Middleweights.

Haven't seen much of Latimore since he demolished Durel Ruchardson (sp.?) This will be his first fight outside of Missouri and will be fighting in Powell's backyard.

You are quick on the draw, I forgot today was WNF's. Don't know the two opponents for Powell and Quillin, maybe this is a setup for those two meeting later. Quillins opponent looks less dangerous than Powells, that name Lattimore rings a bell, maybe I'll recognize him.

You know I'm gonna take Latimore by late KO, probably gonna look like a fool later, but I think he has the power and smarts to slow down and eliminate Powell.

I'm the same way that's why I used to run the virtual sports book instead of playing it.

The only Lattimore I know is the Darryl Lattimore who got KTFO by Winky Wright.

I like Sechew Powel, I think he's very good as a come forward fighter. I hope he has a more pressuring style in this one because he's just not good to watch off the back foot.

Here's my take even though Latimore has been in against soft competition he has real power (basing that off of my hazy memory of a fight I saw forever ago online) and Powell definately wants to impress tonight, simply put, I think he's gonna get caught.

Powell is no world beater, he fought some easy fights recently since that Ishe Smith stinkout. He actually waited for Ishe Smith to come forward....it was like a staring match more than a boxing match. I think Powell will probably turn to countering if this guy isnt good technically, he's not a risk taker.

I have no idea who Latimore is, none whatsoever. I would have to assume that there is no way possible that he is as bad as the guy Powell fought last time.

I will be interested in seeing if Quillin has progressed any. First time to see a whole fight of his was last time out and I wasn't that impressed really.

Really glad to see A Wendsday....my 1st day off in a looong time tomorrow and A Live Card tonight....,Not to mention the replay of Poison "If I had a chin" Jr.Jones in rematch with in form J.M.Johnson

I don't see Powell as all that bad, especially in a thin Division. Not spectacular in any one thing but pretty Solid....Hey he beat Smith and caused him to cry...Im A fan!!
