From WBC President Jose Sulaiman:

“The WBC is extremely happy that our two newest rules - open scoring after the fourth and eighth rounds and the use of instant replay - have been used in the last few days and gotten a great response.

“Juanito Rubillar of the Philippines was behind on all three scorecards when the official scores were announced after the eighth round. His closing performance in the last four rounds earned him a split... Full Boxing Article here...
