Actually many of the girls schoolyard games are excellent for boxing training.

I know Freddie Roach gets his boxers agility and coordination in top shape by having them play speed hopscotch.

The focus on the different moves at rapid pace will enhance your footwork greatly.

Also hula hoops can be used to to lose weight around the mid section and develop and harden the obliques, critical for defending against vicious body shots as well as improving lateral movement in ring.

Not sure if netball has any benefits but you could always just play that for recreation as an alternative to basketball if you really suck at it i.e like Charlie Zelenof

If I were you I'd take the run three times a week and use a sprint routine at other days for speed and explosiveness.

I dont think any one will have a prob with that
I think I suggested this to you elsewhere on the board, your carrying too much weight for your frame,Id seriously recomend alot of cardio and crunches. It may mean you come down in weight class, but your just to big to explode properly at your height

Ok the video was a little shaky but, what I saw,and saw this in Zelenoff fight as well.
If your going to try to weave your way in,go to both sides, you allways seem to go to your right.
You over rely on the big looping shots without closing and working the body

Keep in mind Andrew,Im not dissing you(as is the phrase) but you asked for help and ask and ye shall recieve.

Now before it seems like Im just ripping on you, your young, and you do seem to have a boomer of a punch, its a shame the distance between WV and Arkansas is a bit large, because in an extended camp I think I could do alot with you.

I'll explain my motivation first and foremost before we start, all things being equal,I as just a fan of the game want all things being equal. I hate seeing someone getting jobbed because of poor training or managment.
So now I have to ask this question,do you have somebody who can help in your training in Arkansas that will do as I say?
As I said before, you have heart, you can punch,I can fix whats going wrong if you arent punchy
You need serious slip training as well
Hang on bro,if you do as I say,I think we can do a little better by your record.

Allright even your wife can do this for you
    The Arrow drill
Take an arrow(with no tip on it) and have the person tap you on the three major slip points randomly, both shoulders and head.
    Let them do it
Just to get used to the idea of slipping, set up a washing line, about around the height of your ching, and dodge and weave your way to the other end of the line
DO NOT,go in any direction but a straight line doing this, its your head and shoulders that should be selling it,not cheating with your legs, your legs should be driving to were you want to get to.
