Question If Pitalua-Valero is made, will it be another Meza-Garza?

If this fight between two bombers is made, it should be called “Don’t blink,” because if you do, you may well miss the ending.

Neither fighter will add many rounds to his record in this one; bet on it!

I cant believe that Santa Cruz was knocked out. I didn't even know he was fighting.

Pitalua is a proven bomber (87% KO percentage) tho mostly against bums. Valero's KOs were also against bums. Pitalua knocking out a guy who defeated Casamayor is a very solid credential...

I see the COLOMBIA/MEXICAN gettinng inside Valero's wide and amaturish shots and having a good chance of icing him early. Valero reminds me of Ponce de Leon. Lots of power biut little skill. This could be one for the ages.

It flew under the radar. It was a stunner. Snat Cruz was a big favorite.

When you hear Colombian, it smells KO power... Breidis Prescott, Edison Miranda to name a few...

Pitalua again in another shocking upset...

I was floored when I read that result...sounds like santa Cruz was soundly pulverized?I think they were scheduled to fight months ago but it fell apart.

Sounds like this is pretty much set with mention of H. Soto fighting the winner ??I have not seen Pitalua that much at all, record is a roster of "who's" with a few exceptions, but something is in the water over in Columbia....this year has brought us some good upsets and out of no where wins. Meza-Garza.....we can only hope

    I'm with you guys.

The Santa Cruz victory although shocking was not inconcievable. Santa Cruz' chin has always been questionable!!!

Exactly, Galaxy beat me to it, not like I picked it to happen but Santa Cruz' chin has let him down before.

I don't really like Valero, maybe Pitalau can get inside Valero's punches like Holm said, I don't know, I've never seen him, if I have I've forgotten him.
