Loads of fight fans get hate. Calzaghe, Mayweather, Hatton, Pavlik you name it.

I just think Pacquaio does have some real crazies follow him. Never the less he is a great fighter.
The real question here is, what makes these writers pushing it too far? Are they paid to do it or they're just crazy PAC fanboys?

You will be hard-pressed to find a fan who doesn’t like Pacquiao (aside from perhaps the Mexican fanbase who have had the displeasure of watching one national hero after another fall to the Filipino dynamo). Today, Manny Pacquiao is simply the reason to love boxing."

Do you agree with this statements? Vote in the poll...

I voted no without a second thought.....

    1. No single fighter is biggern then the sport as a whole.

    2. DLH is a bigger draw then Manny in everywhere but perhaps the Phillapines....And that is an over the hill DLH....

    3. Anyone who believes Pac is the most exciting fighter since Dempsey has not seen.....Hearns, Muhammad, Tyson, Hatton B4 his welterweight days, just to name a few

    4. If you love boxing just for the sake of one fighter then you are not a boxing fan but a fan of just one guy

Great is not the term I would have use. There's a big difference between a boxing fan and a Pac fanboy (not saying Saddoboxer is one necessarily, but the majority of Pac-fans seem to be in the later category).

And I wouldn't call being ridiculed for their arrogance, ignorance, and brash stupidity adversity.

Thanks Mr. CFH for recognizing that... You knew pretty well that I also talked about other boxers besides PAC since we had discussed about Caballero, Molitor, Clottey, Williams, Cotto, Margo, and many more...
    .
Yup, I recently watched part of the Caballero - Parra fight and I think if Molitor can keep turning Caballero and also protect his body well then your countryman is in for a long-assed night.

Caballero is Panamanian... not a Filipino... See, I also root for other nationalities aside those from the Philippines...

Really? Shows what I know, I always thought he was from the Philippines. Either way, he's getting beat.

He he You're really a believer of your Canadian Boy Molitor... He might outbox Caballero but with Caballero's long reach, I highly doubt it will happen...

Honestly, I'm rather worried about Molitor in this fight, I pretty much see it as a 50/50, maybe 60/40 Caballero because of his freakish size. He seems so clumsy though that I think Molitor may well be able to box circles around him.

Your worries is well justified... Caballero was not labeled "The Towering Inferno" for nothing...

Have there been many instances of him having trouble making weight/not making weight? It must be damn near impossible for him to get to that weight comfortably.

Amazingly, this 6 footer has no trouble making 122 lbs... He's really a freak of nature...
