Thread: My thoughts on Mayorga / Mosley

I think Mayorga was sloppy and crude...well more than usual. And Mosley has defenately lossed a step or two. The man is 37 years old and I don't think he has another title in his future. Great career, great win and I hope it will be a great finish.

That fight should've never lasted that long.

Mosley at the weigh in looked in fantastic shape, but in the ring he looked rusty. He has no plans to leave the ring though so I am sure he will get another title shot

Mayorga was fighting like his usual self and Mosley looked awful for most of the fight.

I feel both should retire.

Mosley could be in for a title shot against tony which i think is a bad move at this point of his career. he could outbox tony and land some easy shots like cotto did, and he could very well win since tony isnt as wild as mayorga.

Mosely doesn't have the legs he used to...he was off balance alot, maybe thats due to Mayorgas style but he was a bit sloppy most of the fight.
