Default WBC Boxing News: 46th Annual Convention Update
From WBC President José Sulaimán:

"400 people have registered to attend the World Boxing Council's 46th Annual Convention, to be held in Chengdu, China, from November 2 to November 8.

"The 10 Continental Federations will attend, representing the 164 countries that are affiliated with the WBC, and the 2004-2008 administrative period will be ended. It is an election year for the officers for the 2008-2012 term.
