Good luck from here as well.... I've got some big stuff happening also around the 18th which is going to push me to my limits. So hopefully we can both come through with the goods...
Just get in there and follow your trainers advice. He obviously believes in you and if you can stick with the game plan then this guy doesn't stand a chance..!
