Joe claimed in the News of The World that he can throw 1696 punches in 3 minutes(180 seconds), or 9.4 punches per second for 3 minutes.
I say he can't.
Does anyone have any footage of joe actually doing this?

They are not proper punches, but that kind of work is great for building up his endurance and getting his arms moving.

Dont take what the tabloids are saying too seriously. He might throw that many in a fight after drinking too much coffee, but not in a round. No chance.
