Re: Tip no pouched eggs are the best thing you could put in a boxers diet , its my job i didnt go to uni for no reason lol and u should not eat starcy carbs because 5 pm to 6 pm because your body takes 4 hours to start using carbs so this is a time asuming you go to bed around 10 pm , sweet potatoe is very good for you and high in fibre
