Even when cutting or trying to make weight, eating eggs for breakfast is a great way of keeping your test levels high....which is important for maintaining/building muscle as wel as overall body composition.

Sweet Potatoes are starchy but i don't see the problem with eating them after 4pm. I'm talking from a bodubuilding point of view with this one. Donny, you obviously know a lot more about making weight than me
