A couple things you can do are:

1.) Circuit training is great for working your muscles and your cardio at the same time. For example today i did this with very little rest between exercises:
    Upper Body (Circuit)
    Push Ups..................4 sets...15 reps
    Chin Ups..................4 sets...5 reps
    Lateral Raise.............4 sets...7 reps
    Zottman Curls...........4 sets...8 reps
    Rope Pressdown........4 sets...8 reps
    Crunches..................4 sets...16 reps

This was jus tfor my upper body, but you could also make it into a full body routine.

2.) Burpees: Bodybuilding.com - Ross Enamait - Burpee Conditioning - No More Nonsense!

3.) Tabata sprints tabata sprints | CrossFit Litchfield Park

Interval running is great 50, 200, 400, 800 and 1500m intervals. Mix it up, I usually do a set of either 200-1500m intervals and a set of 50m or tabata's at the end to finish it off. It will improve your wind dramatically. Other than that, punchout drills on the bag, tabata punching on the heavy bag. Have a look through peoples training logs for ideas
