Default To the winner Shane Mosley

This is typical to come on here and see ten threads of Antonio Margarito and known of Shane's amazing performance.

Some thing's I still don't understand why people of this sport and the fans have not yet embraced Shane Mosley. This man is class act in and out of the ring and nobody likes him. I feel as fight fans we embrace the badasses of the sport but why ? We except Mayweather when he is just a classless mindless thug wannabe ( can't be a thug because of the whole wealth thing) Or a man like Terrell Owens who is a god damn joke in the NFL but he is praised as the greatest wide reciever ever and most love him except Philly. I won't even go the Tyson route. But a cool, calm and complete sportsman in and out of the ring who fans boo in unision as if this guy had committed a crime or had said F**K the fans they know s**t about boxing. The only logical explanation is he is to nice in the ring. As I watched last night and after every headbutt or low blow. Shane did nothing but throw his hands up to tap gloves and say sorry, Another part was were Margarito turned his head 90 degrees looked at the ref to complain and Shane stopped in his tracks did not throw one punch until Tony's eyes were focused on him again. Simply to much class.

A tremendous victory for Shane Mosley last night and one of his best ever. With a man like Shane you know he will fight the best and probably right after this fight. I wouldn't doubt if the fight with Berto is next or talks of Pacquiao and or Mayweather.

Shane's had this his entire career.
Limited recognition and almost begrudged respect.

I thought he'd win this fight and I'm glad he did.
I hope he doesn't stay too much longer, he's had some great nights and I don't want him to stay on and become the guy that baptises the next up and comer.

He's getting recognition. And deservedly so. It unfortunately is muddled by a bit of controversy, which the sooner gets settled, the better for him and many parties.

He really did make Margo look ordinary at best, and exposed his flaws. It was impressive and I admit, surprised the hell out of me in how lopsided it was.

I picked Shane to win but I never thought it would be by ko. I think thats wat surprised everybody here because Margarito showed how tough his chin was in the Cotto fight but all of a sudden gets KTFO thats pretty unsuspecting if you ask me.

Hell of a performance from Shane, the man who first got me into boxing

He was brilliant last night, & really did roll back the years. I think part of the reason why he doesn't get the credit or hype is because he doesn't have the 'personality' that makes people want to watch him fight. He doesn't seem to inspire a 'love him or hate him' attitude more a 'quite like him' kind of vibe. Which is a shame really, although I also think the BALCO thing hangs over him a bit, although personally I give him the benefit of the doubt when he says he didn't know.

Delighted that I made him one of my picks for the Fantasy Boxing League this year, even if I didn't think he'd win

Any Fighter without movement and a good Jab will have trouble with Mosley. Shanes a bit wide but anyone go looking for Him without the forementioned are asking for it Margirita found out.
