Thread: Im got a nooby question

So im just doing some boxing workouts and stuff to get into shape, and was wondering... when working on the bag, do i need both handwrap + glove or can i use just the wrap?

I wouldn't get in the habit of hitting the bag without gloves. I sometimes hit the bag just gloves no wraps, but not too often. You mess your hand up, it takes a lot of down time on technique to heal and it just isn't worth the risk.

you might wanna buy yourself some bag gloves i just bought some a few weeks ago ( has jeff lacy on the case lol ) they work really good.
