Re: what to eat day of the fight During the morning I'd start with a good wholesome cereal. Weetabix or something similar. Have a banna and some fruit.
At 11 0r 12 some scrambled eggs are a great source of energy.
Some pasta as the main meal. Some lean beef mince may be helpful.
And one or two hours before I'd eat some bananas, some jelly etc.
