I got this from Pettronelli's a couple of years ago;

3 Meals a day.

In the morning. Eggs, Protein. Bulking foods.

In the afternoon. Some red meat, lighter protein, with carbs in the form of vegetables.

In the evening, starchy foods, that will store carbs for the coming days training.

Honestly Diesel they put it as simple as that!
